refreshing every 4 seconds is probably a problem with your PC.

Possible causes are:

- infection (don&#039;t necessarily trust your existing anti-virus / anti-spyware)
- a haywire IE7 addon (run ie7 in no-addon mode: start -&gt; programs -&gt; accessories -&gt; system tools -&gt; ie7 (NAO)... if it works well, then you need to gradually switch off IE7 addons (from ie7: tools -&gt; internet options -&gt; programs -&gt; manage addons -&gt; carefully disable addons until you find the culprit. Uninstall then reinstall the bad addon.</description>

When I log into my Hotmail emails I get into the incoming mail and then the page just starts refreshing every four seconds or so.
