New XP SP3 services

After having installed XP SP3 a few times now, I’ve noticed it adds a few new services.

Luckily they are all set to a manual startup, so they don’t seem to impact the system.

The new services are called:

Other than the new services, I’ve not noticed any problems installing SP3
